The course spans 2,252 yards with a par-56 layout.
Residents and their guests enjoy free greens fees and no need for tee times—just show up and play!
The course is open year-round, except for scheduled maintenance days. It is meticulously maintained, offering a scenic and enjoyable experience. The front nine features rolling hills—perfect for getting your steps in!
The course offers two par-4 holes, with the longest being #8 at 221 yards (a tip from locals: avoid hitting long and left on this hole—that’s where we live!).
While the course is designed for walking, approved golfers can use a single-rider cart.
Weekly tournaments are available for men’s, women’s, and mixed groups. Check the residents’ internal golf page for the live webcam at Hole 1, where you can see if the course is open and monitor any wait times (though waits are typically minimal).
If there’s a brief delay, practice your short game on the spacious putting green, chipping green with a sand trap, or driving cages.
