HOA:
You will want to schedule an HOA Onboarding Meeting. This is where you will set up your gate code, get your gate decal for any cars and a login for the HOA website and notifications. It’s also a perfect time to ask any HOA-related questions. An appointment is recommended, so plan ahead and get that scheduled:
