We are TK and Karen Smith! The faces behind Ocean Hills Living. We have lived in North County San Diego for 25 of our 33 years together!
As residents and homeowners in Ocean Hills Country Club, our connection with this community dates back to 1998 when Karen’s parents first moved into the community and we brought our little girls to visit their grandparents and see their new neighborhood.
Over the years, Karen’s parents have lived in three different houses inside Ocean Hills Country Club. In fact, Karen’s mom (Ralene Friend) loves houses SO much, it was no surprise when she decided to start her real estate business in the community working exclusively inside the gates.
Along the way, TK’s dad bought a house inside the neighborhood, too. It was a family affair getting him all set up when he made his move to Ocean Hills from Ventura.
We have celebrated countless milestones and built endless family memories inside the gates of Ocean Hills Country Club. We still remember Easter Egg Hunts with our girls when they were little over at the community center. Those little girls are all grown up and have lives of their own now. Time flies!
Now that we are both over 55, we are thrilled to be living here in the neighborhood so we can be close to our parents and enjoy these years together. We have joined forces as a real estate team to help Buyers and Sellers exclusively inside the gates of Ocean Hills Country Club.
